Hot Chicks at Arnold Fitness Expo PDF Print E-mail

What comes to mind when you hear “Arnold Fitness Expo” Well let me tell you first hand you would be absolutely right!  Hard bodies, Hard bodies, and lots of tanning lotion! With over 700 vendors and hundreds of thousands of people, I had never seen so many non food items that I could live off of and enhance my performance.  However don’t let imitation fool you 98% of everything tasted horrible.

That was until I visited “Titan Bars” and congratulated them on having the best tasting protein bar I had in two days.  My favorite happened to be their new bar Cookies & Cream I couldn’t believe it tasted like real food.  I asked Bob and Lance (owners of Premier Nutrition who make up their product line) why they thought their product was the best and both agreed that “it is possible to have a quality, effective, and good product on the market, and that is what Premier Nutrition strives to do.  All I can say is Thanks Guys!

It wasn’t just the vendors that were drawing in the crowds, there was definitely a lot of  star power in the fitness industry.  Arnold himself made his appearances and even though it was tough to get a shot of him the place was covered in Arnold “The Terminator” memorabilia.  Luckily I got to meet Lou Ferrigno the night before in the hotel lobby

because the line didn’t stop.  Neither did I make it to see the UFC fighters who were also making appearances, but I did get to meet the legendary “Randy Couture”.  Randy was really cool and answered questions by UFC fans of all ages.

There was a range of activities and events for the whole family.  I had never seen so many people doing so many crazy things for a T-Shirt!  Bench press your own weight or boxing someone you know, was just as entertaining as the events.  The events on the other hand were vast and interesting to watch.  Everything you could imagine from archery, arm wrestling, boxing, dancing, gymnastics, martial arts, power lifting, even table tennis!  Which by the way I didn’t even know that it was a sport.  Overall it was an amazing event with a lot of people!  If fitness is your thing either as a consumer or a business I would definitely recommend attending.  One last thing though, Arnold can we get a bigger venue?
